After School Care (ASC)
ASC is available Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM for children, Kindergarten through 8th grade. Preschool ASC runs Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Middle School students (6th–8th grade) and 5th grade are in the ASC Middle School teacher’s classroom for Study Hall until 4:30 PM. After 4:30 PM, if they are still present, they will join the younger grades until pick-up.
Fees and Billing
Fees are billed per child monthly. An invoice will be sent through Brightwheel at the end of the billing month or the beginning of the new month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. A late fee of $25 will be applied to all outstanding balances not paid in full by the 30th/31st of the following month. All fees must be paid through FaithDirect.net. Additionally, a one-time registration fee per child is required at the time of registration.
